QA Engineer (SDET)

Humanitas IT is looking for a SR QA Engineer (SDET) who can ensure the quality of the features developed by the corresponding team. A Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is a developer with the primary responsibility of writing frameworks and tools to test SD products. The ideal candidate must have: 5 years QA experience 5+ years QA Automation Experience CI CD Git or any source code management tool. Direct interaction with users Back End and FE QA experience 5 years of experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Relational database knowledge Solid Python knowledge Test framework design and automation experience Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes Experience developing test automation tools and frameworks Upper Intermediate English level Desirable: Experience with mail solutions (Javax mail or equivalent) TDD / Test first Relational database knowledge (JDBC or equivalent) Working Experience in API testing and Service automation testing. (RestAssured or equivalent) Excellent verbal and written communication skill Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (Cucumber or equivalent) Functions to be performed: Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies Define and document test plans and test cases (manual or automatic) for all the features developed by the team Execute the test plans to ensure the development meets the quality standard Report bugs and findings resulted from the execution of those tests Follow up of reported bugs to ensure they are fixed Interact with other QA Engineers and Quality Team to assure quality of the whole solution Area: LATAM 100% Remote work
