Humanitas IT is looking for a SSR/SR Software Engineer. The organization needs a Backend Engineer who will be responsible of API application development. This person will report to the engineering leader. Our mission is to provide a better veterinary care experience for pets, pet parents and veterinary care providers. We imagine a world where the veterinary experience is empowered. The ideal candidate must have: 3 to 5+ of professional experience in general development. More than 2 years of experience in the development of mobile applications and API platforms. Experience in API platform development with REST, GraphQL, NodeJS, MongoDB, SQL and No SQL database. Experience in integration with third-party cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of modern design and development patterns. Comprehension of GitHub, source code control strategies and common stages. Comprehension of unit tests and IC / CD practices. Experience working in an agile environment. Passion for technology, learning and the search for the best solution. Highly motivated self-employed with the ability to multitask and complete assignments within budgets and deadlines. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues in mobile applications, databases and application backend. English Proficiency (at least B2) Desirable: Experience in the design, architecture and coding of native and hybrid mobile applications. React native. Experience with integration of CPaaS, CPD and CRM tools such as Twilio, Segment, Hubspot. Experience with consumer-oriented mobile apps, ideally with one or more applications published on Google Play or iTunes / App Store. Experience with video, chat, VOIP integration. Functions to be performed NodeJS, API developments and integration of them with third-party systems. Write clean, well-designed and self-documented codes. Clearly and effectively communicate with all team members. Actively participate in all important technical discussions related to the platform and the application. Be part of creating a culture of observability within the team, constantly monitoring, applying performance and bug reports. Area: Buenos Aires 100% Remote work
